bitwin handles your account data, payment records, and session history under the practices described here.

Data We Hold

We store your registration details, deposit and withdrawal history, session logs, and device identifiers. This data is used only to operate your account, verify payments, and resolve disputes — never sold to third parties.

Cookie Policy

bitwin.fun uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which lobby sections are used most. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time without losing account access.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and two-factor verification where enabled. We never ask for your full password by email or chat. If you receive such a request, report it to our support team immediately.

Data Retention

We keep transaction records for the period required by applicable law and internal audit standards. After account closure, anonymised session data may be retained for fraud modelling; personally identifiable records are deleted on request.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details — name, email, linked payment method — open a support ticket with a valid identity document. Changes to payment rails such as switching from Paytm to PhonePe require re-verification before the next withdrawal.

Answers About These Terms

These are the questions we hear most often about how our Terms and Conditions work in practice — from what happens when terms change, to how to dispute an account decision or request your data.

We send an email to the address on your account at least 7 days before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the revised Terms. You can close your account before the change if you do not agree.

Access depends entirely on your local law. These Terms do not override local legislation. You are responsible for confirming whether participation is permitted where you are located. We may restrict access to accounts in regions where local law does not permit it.

Open a support ticket via live chat or email, quoting your account ID and the specific decision you are challenging. Our compliance team reviews disputes within 5 business days and provides a written response explaining the outcome under these Terms.

UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are the primary deposit and withdrawal rails covered. All transactions on these rails are subject to the payment section of our Terms, including the rule that withdrawals return to the same method used for the corresponding deposit.

Email our compliance address with 'Data Request' in the subject line and include your account ID. We acknowledge within 5 business days and deliver your data summary within 30 days, in line with applicable Indian data-protection requirements.

Suspension pauses all lobby access and wallet activity pending a review. We notify you by email with the reason. If the review finds no breach, access is restored and any pending Paytm or UPI withdrawal is processed within the standard window.

Only in limited cases — for example, to comply with an immediate legal requirement or to address an urgent security issue. In those cases, we post the change on-site immediately and follow up by email. All other changes require the 7-day advance notice described above.
